Chief Executive Officer Edward J. (Ted) Koplar said, "We remain bullish

minimal cost." Flintermann joins VEIL from Gamut Interactive where he marketed business to consumer applications. His prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Production for Madison Square Garden Network and as Vice President, Operations and Business Development for New York based Dorna Sports Marketing. A resident of Winnetka, Illinois, Flintermann received a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA in Los Angeles, California. Barsoum brings 25 years of electrical engineering experience to VEIL Interactive. He comes to VEIL from Datacom Solutions, Inc. where he served as Director of Engineering. He has a wealth of knowledge in analog and digital circuit design and micro-controller systems. He holds a Doctorate of Science and a Masters of Science in electrical and bio-medical engineering from Washington University as well as a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Alexandria University in Alexandria, Egypt. About the Technology VEIL is the manipulation of luminance in the video image to bury data in a manner that cannot be perceived by the human eye. This variance creates an output of up to 6000 bytes of information per second for transmission over the broadcast signal. VEIL can be adapted to all broadcast standards (NTSC, PAL, and SECAM) to achieve worldwide adoption of its data transmission applications that are tailored to promotional events and drive individual household viewership. VEIL, a data transmission alternative to the more limited VBI (Vertical Blanking Interval), resides in the full-video-image and goes anywhere that video goes. Last October in the United States, VEIL enabled an unprecedented interactive marketing promotion for AT&T and Ericsson Mobile Phones during ABC's "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." VEIL is utilized in over 100 US TV markets by CMR, the leading provider of strategic advertising and marketing information, to track the occurrence of television programming and commercials within hours of airing.
